Many clinical and administrative workflows, including HCC coding, quality measurement, fee-for-service billing, medical management, care management, prior authorization, and patient risk assessment, all require various forms of chart review. The cost of this process is staggering. Fortunately, with artificial intelligence (AI), much of the burden of reviewing charts is now automatable.
